Your Ultimate Guide to the Hershey RV Show
Good walking shoes: Check! ✓
Snacks packed: Check! ✓
Next, you just need a plan so you don't wander the World's Largest RV show in circles and we are here to help you do that!
The Hershey RV Show — officially named America's Largest RV Show® rolls into the Giant Center and Hershey Park & Entertainment Complex September 16-20th, 2026 and if you've been before, here's your first tip:
Don't assume you remember where anything is.
Wait, Everything Moved?
If you went last year, chances are the RVs are in totally different spots this year. That's not a fluke, it's done in complete fairness. The show runs a lottery system for RV manufacturers and dealers, so no one gets the same prime real estate two years running.
Translation: Even the veterans to this event need a map. Or better yet, make it easy on yourself & download the app!
Play the Hershey Scavenger Hunt
While Learn to RV won't be running our own scavenger hunt, the team at the Hershey RV Show is putting on one you don't want to skip — it's free, and it's built right into the official show app, and there are real prizes up for grabs!
How to play:
- Download the official Hershey RV Show / America's Largest RV Show app before you arrive
- Find the scavenger hunt feature inside the app
- Follow the clues to specific booths, displays, or areas around the show
- Check in or complete each task as you go
- Finish the hunt for your shot at prizes
It's a super fun way to make sure you actually see the whole show too! Booths you might've walked right past, turn into a reason to go explore.
Get the kids involved too; it's an easy way to keep everyone engaged while you shop for your next rig.
So... Where Do You Even Start?
Inside the Giant Center, you'll find tons of vendors, everything from the latest gadgets to trusted club memberships, to things you didn't even know you needed...yet.
Manufacturers often use Hershey to give a first look at their 2027 models, so if you love being ahead of the curve, this is the place.
Educational seminars run throughout the event, so grab a notebook (or your phone) and head to class. And this year, influencers of all kinds will be on-site — including Learn to RV! We'll have a meet and greet plus spots in the Campfire Conversations lineup in the brand-new dedicated creator space. Come say hi.
Campfire Conversations:
- Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2 - 3:00 p.m.
- "Creator 101: How to Document Your Travel"
- Thursday, Sept. 17, 2 - 3:00 p.m.
- "Working on the Road: Balancing RV Life & the 9-5"
- Friday, Sept. 18, 2 - 3:00 p.m.
- "Uh Oh! How to Overcome Bumps in the Road"
Meet & Greet:
- Saturday, Sept. 19, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
- *We will be giving away our special Hershey Sticker at this event!
- (with Michelle and Brian, Cruisin’ with the Colemans)
Don't forget to go Meet Graham!
Don't forget to grab a photo with your favorite s'more.... that's right, Graham from RV Overnights has his very own meet and greet this year!
Graham is a giant s'more who has learned to live with it: graham cracker on top, marshmallow in the middle, chocolate underneath, and hiking boots on his feet. Like all great s'mores he was born at a campfire & he's been on the road ever since, rolling through wineries, farms, breweries, and small towns across the country and documenting the chaos along the way.
Catch him Thursday, September 17, from 12:30–1:30 p.m. at the Influencer Corner, Rink Level. We may just have to send Frank in his magical bird suit to go say hello!

Budget-friendly RV options are well represented on the show floor, but don't skip the big names either — Tiffin and Newmar always bring the latest and greatest. A few brands, like Spacecraft and New Horizons, & LUXE often host off-site events, so keep an eye out if those are on your list.
Smaller manufacturers are on the scene too — think Airstream and other boutique campers (not necessarily budget-friendly, but gorgeous) Plus a solid lineup of coveted camper vans.
Don't miss the midway entertainers, the outside vendors, and the fair food while you're at it. And check the schedule for special days — there are dedicated days for military members, first responders, and more.

DON'T MISS

Behind the Mic at Hershey!
In all the hustle and bustle, we're also trying to carve out time to set up for some podcast recording for Learn to RV The Podcast!
We'll have cameras and mics rolling around the show — which honestly works out great, because it gives us plenty of excuses to stop by other booths along the way.
If you're a fellow vendor and want us to swing by, let us know so we can make sure to add you to the list! And if you're an RVer of any variety, new, seasoned, full-time, weekend warrior, snowbird... doesn't matter.... we'd definitely love to grab you for a chat too!

One fair warning: This year, the town might not smell quite like chocolate. It might smell a little bit more like cows. Hershey's a working town — roll with it.
In downtown Hershey, we found an incredibly delicious crepery called Au Bon Lieu. Crepes were handcrafted one by one by an amazing chef from Casablanca. They had savory & sweet crepes and it was an amazing foodie experience, one we talk about all the time. We called ahead and were even able to get gluten-free crepes for our daughter. We are looking forward to visiting again this year.
While You're in Hershey
Make a day (or better yet three or four) of it:
- Visit Hershey Park
- Make your own candy bar at The Hershey Story / Chocolate World experience
- Shop for all your favorite Hershey candy
- Support the PRVCA silent auction — proceeds go directly to the PRVCA PAC fund, which helps support the candidates who champion the RV industry. It's a great way to give back while you shop.
- Watch for our vendor collaboration reels for Hershey on the Learn to RV Instagram channel!

Tips from the Hershey staff they shared with us that will Save You Time, Money, and Sore Feet
Beat the crowds
Weekdays tend to be calmer than weekends. Early mornings (right at opening) and evenings are your best bet for smaller crowds. Twilight tickets, this means you enter after 3 p.m. are also discounted at $7, so if you're only popping in for a few hours, that's the move.
Buy tickets ahead of time
- Save money: advance tickets are discounted; day-of prices go up
- Save time: skip the gate line entirely
- Only buy from the official show website — don't get caught by a scalped or fake ticket
Download the show app It's basically the whole show in your pocket:
- Searchable show map
- Seminar, Meet & Greet, and Campfire Conversations schedules
- A free scavenger hunt with prizes
- Special announcements as they happen
Pack smart
- Comfy walking shoes (you will rack up the steps)
- Water bottles
- Extra socks — there's ice under the rink flooring again this year, so plan accordingly
- Pack light overall — security does check bags, so make it easy on yourself
- It's rain or shine, so dress for whatever the sky throws at you
Remember where you parked (seriously, this lot is huge)
- Drop a pin on Google Maps
- Use a car locator app
- Snap a photo of nearby light poles and signage as a backup
Are you Shopping for an RV?
- Do your research before you arrive so you know what you're looking for
- Ask dealers and manufacturer reps every question you've got — they're there for exactly that
- Plan your route so you don't miss the models on your list. The ALRVS® website has a searchable manufacturer page to help you map it out
- Take photos of your favorite models and features so you don't mix them up later
See You There!
Whether you're shopping for your first rig, your fifth, or just soaking up everything the RV world has to offer, Hershey is one of those shows worth the trip. Find us at the creator space for Campfire Conversations, say hello, and let's talk RV life.
