2026 Summer Scavenger Hunt
Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a US resident to be eligible for prizes
One registration per household — duplicate household registrations will be removed and points forfeited
Participants must be current RV owners, full-time RVers, or individuals actively researching, shopping for, or planning to rent a recreational vehicle. Learn to RV reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to prize fulfillment.
Employees and immediate family members of Learn to RV, RV Roofing Solutions, and confirmed sponsors are not eligible to win prizes but may participate for fun
Must complete all three registration steps — Arvee registration, prize fulfillment form, and Facebook group membership — to be eligible for prizes
REGISTRATION
Registration opens June 15, 2026 and remains open through July 31, 2026
Players who register after July 1st are not eligible for prizes from weeks already completed
Players must complete registration on Arvee.io, submit the Learn to RV prize fulfillment form, and join the official Facebook community group
Full legal name and valid email address required
Full mailing address required — full-time RVers may use a verified mail forwarding address
Full-time RVers are responsible for ensuring their forwarding service is active and able to receive packages at time of prize shipment
Gamertags are assigned by Learn to RV upon Arvee registration — players may not choose, change, or transfer their gamertag
One registration per person — no shared or duplicate accounts
By registering players confirm they are the only member of their household entering and that they meet all eligibility requirements
SUBMISSIONS
All point-eligible submissions must be posted in the correct designated Facebook thread for that week and that specific challenge
Every submission must include the player's assigned gamertag, the challenge number, and the photo or video
Submissions missing any of the three required elements will not earn points
Submissions posted in the wrong thread, in the general Facebook feed, via direct message, email, or any other channel will not earn points
One submission per challenge per player per week
Submissions may not be edited or replaced after posting
All content must be original and created by the submitting player during the Hunt period
Recycled content from previous years or other sources is not eligible
By submitting content players grant Learn to RV a non-exclusive right to share submissions across Learn to RV platforms with player credit
POINTS & DEADLINES
Weekly points close every Saturday at midnight Pacific Time — Week 5 closes Thursday July 31st at midnight Pacific
No late submissions accepted under any circumstances
Cumulative points accumulate across all five weeks and never reset
Referral points — 5 points per verified referral for friends who register between May 25th and June 15th using the referring player's gamertag as their referral code — no limit on referrals
Point verification is completed by the Learn to RV team — all point decisions are final
Point values are listed on each weekly challenge sheet
WINNERS & PRIZES
Weekly winner is the player with the highest point total for that specific week
Weekly winners announced every Sunday at 7pm Central
Grand Prize finalists are the top 5 cumulative point totals at the close of July 31st at midnight Pacific
All 5 Grand Prize finalists receive a themed prize bundle — no cash substitutions
In the event of a tie a virtual tiebreaker challenge takes place August 1st — Grand Prize winners announced August 2nd if tiebreaker is required
Winners contacted via registered email within 48 hours of announcement
Winners have 7 days to respond to prize notification — failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture and award to the next eligible player
No complete contact information on file means no prize
Prizes are non-transferable
Learn to RV is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once prizes have been handed off to sponsors for fulfillment
CONDUCT
Players must conduct themselves with respect in all community spaces associated with this event
Learn to RV reserves the right to disqualify any player at any time for unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, cheating, gaming the system, or any violation of these rules
Learn to RV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Hunt at any time with or without notice
These official rules are the final authority and supersede anything communicated verbally, on social media, in the Facebook community, or anywhere else
